Common questions.
Should we stay on Shopify or move to headless?
Most brands should stay. Headless earns its cost when you have content and commerce requirements a theme genuinely cannot serve, several storefronts or locales, or a development team to maintain it, and it adds expense and fragility for everyone else. If your store is slow because of app bloat and an overworked theme, a well built theme fixes that for far less. We will say so rather than sell you the bigger build.
Our site is slow. Is a rebuild the answer?
Not always. A large share of ecommerce slowness comes from third party scripts, apps left installed after a trial and unoptimised imagery, all of which can be addressed without touching the design. We would rather audit first and tell you it is a short fix than start a rebuild you did not need. A rebuild is justified when the theme structure is what limits merchandising and conversion, not simply its speed.
Our product feed keeps getting disapprovals. Can you fix it?
Usually, and the cause is nearly always in the product data rather than the ads account. Missing identifiers, inconsistent attributes, weak titles and category mismatches are what suppress Shopping performance and trigger disapprovals. The work sits in the source data and the feed rules, so the catalogue stays clean as products change, rather than in adding another feed tool on top.
Our cost per acquisition keeps rising. Is that a media problem or a site problem?
Often the site, and it is worth checking before increasing spend. If traffic quality has held steady while conversion rate has drifted down, the problem is on the page, and paying more for the same visitors only makes the arithmetic worse. We look at the whole path from ad to checkout, because a fix at the checkout step can be worth more than rebuilding the campaigns.
How much does an ecommerce rebuild cost?
It follows catalogue complexity more than page count, so we scope it after seeing the store. The drivers are how many products and variants you carry, whether subscriptions, bundles or wholesale pricing are involved, how many integrations have to come across, and whether historic content and URLs are part of the migration. A single market store is a different proposition to a multi region build with a B2B channel.
