Find out where your ad spend is actually going.
We review your ad account structure, conversion tracking, creative, and bidding strategy, then return a written audit with the wasted spend lines and the changes worth making first.
Practical, written-up findings, not a generic PDF.
Account structure
Campaign and ad group hygiene, keyword match types, negative coverage.
Tracking setup
GA4, conversion attribution, CRM-side tracking, lead quality flags.
Creative & landing pages
Ad copy, creative angles, post-click experience, mobile flow.
Bidding & budget
Where the spend is leaking and what the realistic CPA target is.

Common questions.
Do I need to give you account access?
Read-only access helps for an in-depth audit, but we can do a high-level review from the live ads alone if you’d rather not.
What’s the smallest account size you’ll work with?
We work with accounts spending from £3k/month upward. Below that, the audit is still useful, but a managed retainer rarely makes sense.
What does a PPC audit actually look at?
Where the money goes and what it returns. Search term reports for spend on irrelevant queries, match types and negatives, campaign and ad group structure, bidding strategy against actual goals, landing page relevance, and whether conversion tracking is measuring something real. Broken tracking is the single most common finding, and everything downstream of it is unreliable until it is fixed.
How much wasted spend do you usually find?
It varies too much for an honest average, and any agency quoting you a single percentage before seeing the account is guessing. What we can say is where it usually hides: broad match without a maintained negative list, brand and generic traffic mixed in one campaign so the reporting flatters itself, and conversion actions counting form views rather than form submissions.
Do I need to give you account access?
Read-only access to Google Ads or Meta is the most useful, and it stays read-only. If that is not possible we can work from exports and screenshots, though the audit will be shallower because search term data and auction insights are where most of the findings come from.
What is the smallest account size you will work with?
There is no formal floor, but below roughly a thousand pounds a month the honest answer is often that the account does not need an agency, it needs two or three specific fixes. If that is what we find, the audit will say so rather than propose management.
Will you tell me to spend more?
Only where the data supports it. Increasing budget on a campaign with broken tracking or poor landing page relevance just loses money faster. More often the first recommendation is to cut spend on what is not working and reinvest it in the segments that already convert.
Do you audit Meta and LinkedIn as well as Google Ads?
Yes. The principles carry across: audience definition instead of keyword match types, creative fatigue instead of ad rank, and the same underlying question of whether the conversion being optimised towards is the one that makes money.
How long does a PPC audit take?
Most are returned within 1 to 2 working days. Accounts with many campaigns, several markets or a long history take longer, because the useful findings come from trends over time rather than a single snapshot.
What happens after the audit?
You get a prioritised list you can hand to whoever runs the account, including your current agency. There is no requirement to work with us, and if the account is being managed well we will say that too.
What happens after you enquire.
We respond to every enquiry within one working day. No auto-replies, no contact forms that disappear into a CRM. A senior member of the team reviews every brief.
